Can sessions be done at the same time? Yes, all sessions must be done at the same time in the same day (back to back) or within 24 hours.

Can I eat or drink after my session? No, it is recommended that you refrain from eating or drinking for 1-2 hours because the pores on your teeth are still open and will be easy to stain. Also, you will be given an after care instruction sheet to help guide you on what and what NOT to eat and drink for 48 hours. We STRONGLY advise that you eat Before your session(s).

What are the differences in each session? Single session gives you only 1-2 shades whiter (20 minutes). Double session gives you up to 4 shades whiter (40 minutes) *highly recommended* Triple session gives you up to 8 shades whiter (60 minutes). *most popular & highly recommended*

Is it safe? Yes, with our advanced whitening system, 16% + hydro-peroxide is used. However, if you naturally have sensitive teeth the treatment is NOT recommended. The process is self administered and less invasive than what dentist use.

Can I get the sessions if I am pregnant? No, unfortunately the treatment cannot be done on pregnant or lactating women.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment? Please call or text 901-292-1787 or email: info@byondwhite.com IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours) if you cannot keep your appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

How often should I get my teeth whitening and how long do results last?  It is recommended every 3-4 months to get another whitening session. However, you may get a whitening session as often as you feel the need to enhance your smile. 

Can anyone get the treatment? No, please see our Terms & Conditions Page and FAQ to make sure you are eligible for advance teeth whitening. Not permitted under the age of 14. Teeth whitening is only guaranteed on natural teeth!
